A global brand entrusted us with a unique challenge: crafting an internal tool to share its brand story with every employee, from sales to product development. This wasn’t just about information – it was about forging a unified company culture. Peace of mind included. In-depth product information and clear visuals ensure you’ll find the ideal fit.

Task

Sell2Rent had a product that genuinely worked, a leaseback model letting homeowners sell, cash out, and stay. What it didn't have was a brand that made stressed homeowners or data-driven investors feel safe enough to act. The brief was to build that brand from the ground up, voice, identity, character, and content system and make every touchpoint earn the trust the product deserved.

⬤ 01. Challenges

One brand.
Two voices.
Both trusted.

Sell2Rent entered the market with a genuinely powerful product, the leaseback model, and a brand that couldn’t carry it. The visual identity lacked authority. The voice was undifferentiated. And critically, the platform was attempting to speak to two audiences with opposing emotional states; stressed homeowners and data-driven investors, through a single, generic tone.

The result was a trust deficit at the exact moment where trust was the only thing that mattered. Real estate transactions, especially ones involving someone’s home, don’t close on features. They close on confidence.
The re brand set out to fix the foundation: a new visual language, a split communication strategy, a character-driven content system, and a scalable Brand Book that could hold the identity together as the company grew al driven by an AI workflow. The outcome was a comprehensive 27-page blueprint and a content operation that drove 76% month-over-month qualified lead growth.
